Nourish (40 Days) is a foundational detox and wellness program designed to help you feel clear, supported, and empowered as you begin nourishing your body. This program includes weekly 15-minute check-ins to keep you motivated, weekday text support during business hours, and a simple detox and menu guide to support lymphatic movement. You’ll also receive emotional, lifestyle, and detox education tailored to your pace, along with punch card access to infrared sauna, light therapy, and PEMF sessions during your program month. Iridology Assessment $75
Iridology Assessment is a $75 insight-based session that uses the patterns in your eyes to reveal a snapshot of your overall health. You can choose to submit clear photos of your eyes and meet once to review the findings, or book two short appointments where photos are taken first and results are reviewed about a week later. During your results session, you’ll receive a verbal explanation highlighting 5–10 key areas of concern, along with simple diet and lifestyle recommendations to support healing. This assessment offers a powerful first look into what’s happening inside your body and serves as a gateway to deeper, long-term transformation through ongoing programs.
Health Assessment $120
This health assessment form is designed to give me a deeper understanding of where you are on your healing journey—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Your answers will help me see the full picture of what your body is asking for so I can tailor a regenerative plan that meets your unique needs. Included in this assessment, you will also receive a personalized herbal protocol and nutritional education to support your healing journey and empower you with the tools to restore balance and vitality.
