I had such a wonderful experience at Hygge Day Spa! One of my best friends and I booked massages while visiting Idaho for my 50th birthday, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend Lynsdi—she was absolutely amazing! The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the entire experience was exactly what I was hoping for during my birthday getaway. I live in California, but I’m already planning another trip to Idaho in April with my family, and I will definitely be booking another massage while I’m there. So glad we found Hygge Day Spa. What an incredibly cozy experience! Collette greeted me so warmly at the desk and was a delight to speak with. Chad was my massage therapist and I booked 90 minutes. I had such a wonderful experience at Hygge Day Spa! I got a facial with Tori and a massage with Linzy, and they were absolutely fantastic. Everything was so relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I also loved the special touches that were offered including the clean robe! Made the experience extra special! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I had a lymphatic massage from Lindzy. I have a swollen lymph node plus a swollen ankle for the last 2 years. I did have days the ankle swelling was reduced during the past 2 weeks, a very positive development. I will be having a lymphatic massage once a month for several months with the hope my left side swelling will reduce. In October I'll be repeating medical test to see if their are changes. Lindzy is a very kind and caring lady who listens to your concerns. The staff at Hygge Spa is very kind and informative.  Also the Spa is very clean and well organized.

I have been working with Nicol Young for 6 months now. She has helped my body heal emotionally and physically. Nicol is a joy to work with. She has helped my overall health heal from the inside out. Nicol is very passionate about helping others heal. She provided me with tools and lifestyle changes to let my body heal. I was also able to stop taking some of medications with the support from my Doctors. My goal was to be able to play with my grandkids and enjoy life with my family. I’m so grateful to Nicol. My experience with Hygge has been outstanding. The atmosphere is very conducive to healing and relaxation. Massage therapist, Rainnie (sp), is amazing. Intuitive, effective, and has magic hands. My wife and I tried couple's massage, it was a great date. Highly recommend Hygge.
