Terms & Conditions
Our Late / Cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us a 24 hours' notice.
If it is less than 24 hours, you will be responsible for 50% of the service scheduled.
No Promotions can be combined with memberships.
Memberships are billed on a monthly basis.
Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle, and fees are automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of enrollment.
You may terminate your membership by providing written notice and paying any outstanding balances with at least one day prior to next billing cycle.
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months.
The Hygge Day Spa reserves the right to modify or change the terms of the membership, including pricing, benefits, and cancellation policies, with prior notice.
Changes may be communicated via email or posted on the spa’s website.
