Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Rigby Nutritional Therapy
After years of struggling with mysterious health problems that kept increasing in number and severity, I was handed the diagnosis of chronic Lyme. Having a son with Asperger’s taught me so much about the power of nutritional and supplement interventions, I decided to go the same route with my own health issues.
Once I began, I found that there were many different opinions. The information was confusing and contradictory. I wanted to find something that could be personalized. Not all disease manifests in the same way and I wanted to help people who felt chronically ill... feel better.
When I found Nutritional Therapy, I had no idea it would change my life the way it did. With a focus on bio-individuality and ancestral knowledge, I learned how to tap into the body's innate wisdom and finally discovered MY pattern for health! No more specific protocols or focusing on what I couldn’t have or do. It became about balance. Putting back in, not taking away.
I still have a way to go (progress, not perfection). But...I am now a VERY firm believer that when you give your body what it needs, it will let go of what it doesn't.
